1. はじめに

本プライバシーポリシーは、Marutina Studio が提供するアプリケーション「SubSync」における、ユーザー情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。

本アプリはユーザーのプライバシーを尊重しており、必要最低限の情報のみを収集します。収集した情報を第三者に販売することは一切ありません。

2. 収集する情報

本アプリは以下の情報を収集します。

  • Googleアカウント情報：メールアドレスおよび表示名（Googleログイン利用時のみ）
  • ユーザー入力データ：サブスクリプション名・金額・通貨・請求日などユーザーが入力した情報

以下の情報は収集しません。

  • クレジットカード番号・銀行口座などの決済情報
  • 位置情報
  • 連絡先・電話帳情報
  • 端末の識別情報（広告IDを含む）

3. 情報の利用目的

収集した情報は以下の目的のみに使用します。

  • アプリ機能の提供（サブスクリプションの記録・管理・通知）
  • クラウドバックアップおよびデバイス間同期
  • 為替レートの取得（通貨換算機能）

広告配信・マーケティング・第三者への情報提供を目的とした利用は一切行いません。

4. 為替レートAPIについて

通貨換算機能のため、外部の為替レートAPIにアクセスします。このAPIリクエストにユーザーの個人情報は含まれません。レートの取得は匿名で行われます。

5. データの保管

ユーザーデータはFirebase（Google Cloud Platform）上に暗号化して保管されます。Googleのセキュリティ基準に準拠した管理が行われます。

6. 第三者への提供

開発者はユーザーデータを第三者に販売・貸与・提供することはありません。ただし、以下の場合を除きます。

  • 法令に基づく開示が必要な場合
  • Firebaseなどのサービス運営に必要な範囲（データ処理受託者として）

7. データの削除

ユーザーはいつでもアプリ内の設定からアカウントデータを削除できます。削除を行うと、クラウド上のすべてのデータが完全に消去されます。

8. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満のユーザーから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内または本ページにてお知らせします。

SubSync respects your privacy and collects only the minimum information necessary to operate. We will never sell your data to third parties.

Collected information is used solely for the following purposes:

  • Providing app functionality (recording, managing, and sending reminders for subscriptions)
  • Cloud backup and cross-device synchronization
  • Fetching exchange rates for currency conversion

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing, or sharing with third parties.

4. Exchange Rate API

The App accesses an external exchange rate API to provide currency conversion. No personal information is included in these API requests. Exchange rate data is retrieved anonymously.

5. Data Storage

User data is stored in encrypted form on Firebase (Google Cloud Platform), managed in accordance with Google's security standards.

6. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, except in the following circumstances:

  • When required by law
  • With service providers such as Firebase, solely for the purpose of operating the App (as data processors)

7. Data Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App's settings. Deletion is permanent and removes all cloud-stored data.

8. Children's Privacy

This App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
